Australia's Triple Energy Ltd., a junior oil and gas exploration company, provided the following update on the drilling activities on the Company's Aolong Joint Venture project in China's Heilongjiang province.
Yixin-1 Well As of 10 am Oct. 26 the Yixin-1 well was at 2,680 feet or 817 meters (measured depth) and was drilling ahead to the next major seam (#11).
During the week core samples were taken for additional seams encountered (M8-2 and M9-1) and following wireline logging, drill stem tests (DSTs) were performed for seams M8-1 (the first seam encountered), M8-2 and M9-1 altogether.
