UniversalPegasus International (UPI), a world leader in engineering, project management and construction management for the energy industry, has named Tim Brown as Senior Vice President, Business Development, announced UPI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Philip Luna.

Brown has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. He comes to UPI from Jacobs Engineering where he held the position of Global Vice President, Inside Sales and Marketing. Brown was responsible for downstream, upstream, chemicals and pharmaceuticals/biotechnology business unit sales, with regional focus on North America, India and the Middle East.
