Westbridge Energy Corporation reports that, effective immediately, Mr. R. Michael Looney has resigned as a Director of the Company for personal reasons.
Mr. Mark Frewin, Chairman of Westbridge, "We thank Mike for his service as a Director of Westbridge during the period of our ongoing joint venture with Black Pearl and wish him well in future endeavours, including the development of current mutual opportunities."
