Gastar Exploration Ltd. reported that repairs have been completed at the third-party operated midstream central receipt point that compresses and gathers all of the Company's production in Marshall County, West Virginia and operations have resumed.

Effective August 3, 2012, Gastar's production in Marshall County is back on-line and flowing at the volume previous to being temporarily shut-in.

Gastar estimates that total net production lost during the eight days is approximately 181 MMcfe or the equivalent of 2.0 MMcfe per day for the third quarter of 2012.
