Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited says that Non-Executive Director Thomas Shull has today resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
As previously announced, the search process for two independent non-executive directors is underway with the assistance of Odgers Berndtson, one of the UK's pre-eminent executive search firms. Further announcements on that process will be made in due course.
