Rockhopper Exploration says that, pursuant to the completion of the all-share merger with Falkland Oil and Gas Limited, Tim Bushell (former Chief Executive Officer of FOGL) and John Martin (former Chairman of FOGL) have been appointed to the board of Rockhopper as Non-Executive Directors.
Mr Bushell will also be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Mr Martin will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
