ConocoPhillips signs MoU with Qatar Petroleum International

ConocoPhillips and Qatar Petroleum International (QPI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qatar’s state-owned company, Qatar Petroleum, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to pursue and develop international energy projects outside of Qatar.
