TechnipFMC Reaches an Agreement to Acquire Plexus’ Exploration Wellhead Business

TechnipFMC has announced that an agreement has been reached with Plexus Holding plc to acquire Plexus’s Wellhead exploration equipment and services business for jack up applications.
