McGrigors kick off OTC visit with Houston breakfast seminar

Leading UK law firm McGrigors raise the curtain on its visit to the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston (4-7 May) with a breakfast seminar on Friday (1 May) covering issues affecting operator and service companies working in the oil and gas sector in the UK Continental Shelf.

The event at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel will be presented by McGrigors partners and energy team specialists Bob Ruddiman, John Rutherford and Martin Ewan.

Corporate governance and ethics, conflicts of interest and liability issues for directors in the UK will be discussed in addition to a review on UKCS activity in the last 12 months and opportunities and challenges in the year ahead.
