3Legs Resources has appointed Kamlesh Parmar as CEO.

Kamlesh Rameshbhai Parmar (aged 42) has been with the 3Legs Group (the “Group”) since its activities commenced in 2007 and has previously held the position of Group Commercial Director and Poland Country Manager. He has overseen all aspects of the Group’s operations in Poland since inception and, in particular, has managed the successful relationship with ConocoPhillips.

Mr. Parmar has achieved recognition both for the Company’s achievements in Poland and for his own contribution to the development of the shale industry in Poland, being awarded “Professional of the Year” at Poland’s inaugural Shale Gas Awards gala in 2011. Mr. Parmar is also one of the four members of the Management Board of OPPPW, the Polish upstream oil and gas industry association.
