Alimak Group Appoints New Chief Technology Officer, CTO

Alimak Group has announced that Charlotte Brogren has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, and she will start in her new position during October 2017.

Ms Brogren is currently holding the position as Director General VINNOVA, The Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems. Before joining VINNOVA, she worked 15 years for ABB in various management positions within research & development, most recently, as Technology Manager for ABB’s Robotics Division. She has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lund, hold several board positions and is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Charlotte Brogren will be part of Alimak Group Management Team, with responsibility for technology, innovation and product management within the Group. She will succeed Frank Klessens in the Group Management. Frank Klessens will continue in his capacity as Head of Product Management for the Alimak Hek brand.
