Apollo Drilling becomes Southwest Hydrocarbons

Apollo Drilling, Inc.

Apollo Drilling, Inc. has formally changed its name to ``Southwest Hydrocarbons, Inc''. The name change reflects the Company's recent change of its business focus in the oil & gas industry from contract drilling to exploration, acquisition, and production.

The Company's ticker symbol will remain APDR.PK for a period of time until a new symbol is assigned, at which time an update announcement will be made.

Additionally, the Company is moving its headquarters to 4141 Blue Lake Circle, Suite 177, Dallas, TX 75244.

``The Company is in the process of bringing its management-prepared financial statements up to date, and management expects the statements to be completed and filed within the next 30 days,'' said the Company's new CEO, Pat Berry.

Southwest Hydrocarbons, Inc is focused on upstream oil and gas exploration, development, and production. The Company is currently in the process of refining its new business plan.
