Aurora Oil & Gas announces resignation of Ian Lusted (Technical Director)

Ian Lusted

Aurora Oil & Gas Limited advises that Technical Director Mr Ian Lusted has tendered his resignation of employment effective 16 August 2013. He has also advised of his intention to retire from the Board at the next meeting scheduled for early August.

Mr Lusted has expressed a desire to pursue personal interests and it is with regret that his resignation has been accepted.

Mr Lusted joined the Aurora management team in 2007 and was appointed to the Board in 2008. He has had an integral role in the development of the Company's Eagle Ford portfolio in Texas.
