Parque Bellavista, one of the largest industrial developments in Rio de Janeiro (based on Macaé), with about 1 million square meters already occupied by some of the world’s leading oil and gas companies, announces its expansion. Its total area is now 3 million square meters, available for sale or lease.

The venture already has large operating companies, such as: Petrobras, Schlumberger, National Oilwell Varco, Baker Hughes, Nalco Champion and Swire Oilfield Services. “With the paving of the Estrada de Santa Tereza, the Industrial Park will be connected to the BR-101, saving time and money in logistics and providing more security and speed in access to other important cities, such as Campos, Vitória and the entire Rio de Janeiro,” explains Leonardo Dias, entrepreneur of Bellavista Industrial Park.

The Industrial Park offers in this stage of expansion also the possibility of build to suit properties. “We have important differentials, such as: after-sales advisory, public transportation already available to this area, our access routes were planned for traffic of heavy vehicles, and the complex already counts on services of fibre optics, natural gas, electricity network of high capacity, garbage collection”, adds Leonardo Dias.

The fact that the complex is licensed is also important to the business. “Bellavista is 100% licensed, according to Brazilian law and regulations, based on in-depth and detailed studies. This guarantees us security and credibility to carry out our activities throughout the enterprise,” he explains.

The city of Macaé is nationally and internationally known for hosting important oil companies and being located very close to important Brazilian oil basins. After a period of few deals, the city has a new scenario with the resumption of the local economy due to the announcement of new auctions by the National Petroleum Agency and prospects for new business in the region. In this scenario, the Bellavista Industrial Park represents an important investment opportunity for national and international companies to position themselves in Macaé facing the new possibilities. In addition to oil and gas companies already established, which facilitates business and local networking, the industrial park is strategically located, offering complete infrastructure to serve companies of different sizes.
