BGP commences three seismic surveys in Saudi Arabia

BGP in Saudi Arabia

BGP has commenced S64, S63, and S53 seismic surveys in Saudi Arabia. The first records in those projects are got respectively on Oct. 31, Nov. first, and Nov. 13.

S64, a 2D TZ project, is expected to last approximately 15 months. T

he prospect consists of water with a depth of 1200 meters, shallow water, shoals, islands and desert. S63, a 2D land project, is expected to last approximately four years.

The prospect is located in the desert. S53, a 3D TZ project, is covered by shoals and shallow water, and crosses an oilfield and several urban districts.
