Bonterra declares ex-dividend, record dates for cash dividend

Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd.

Bonterra Oil & Gas Ltd. declares the record date and ex-dividend date in respect to the May monthly cash dividend of $0.14 per share (a two cent increase from the previous month).

The record date for the dividend is June 15, 2009, and the ex-dividend date is June 11, 2009. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
