The board of BP p.l.c. says that Mr Antony Burgmans and Mr Phuthuma Nhleko will be not be offering themselves for re-election as Non-Executive Directors at the annual general meeting of BP p.l.c. to be held in April 2016.

This will conclude 12 years of service with the board for Mr Burgmans. Mr Nhleko is standing down in order to concentrate on his other business commitments after 5 years of service on the board.
