Brian Usher-Jones appointed director of Shoal Point Energy Ltd.

Shoal Point Energy Ltd.

Mark Jarvis, CEO of Shoal Point Energy, announced that Brian Usher-Jones has joined the Board as a director of the Company.

Mr. Usher-Jones has been a merchant banker since 1995 and is the former President of MB Capital Corporation and Thomson Kernaghan Co. Ltd., an investment banking firm in Toronto, Canada. He has served as a director of various public companies, including Wireless Age Communications, Inc., Xplore Technologies Corp., Calvalley Petroleum Inc. and Oromonte Resources Inc. Mr. Usher-Jones is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

"We are extremely pleased with Mr. Usher-Jones decision to join our Board," said Mr. Jarvis. "He brings a wealth of relevant experience to the table."
