Cadogan Petroleum declares Initial Public Offering

Share Purchase Agreement with Nadra Ukrayny and Eni S.p.A for the development of Unconventional Gas in Ukraine.

Cadogan notes the announcement made by Eni S.p.A this morning and confirms that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Eni S.p.A and Nadra Ukrayny, for the development of unconventional gas in Ukraine.
