Calfrac Well Services Ltd. announce that Bruce Payne, formerly Calfrac's Vice President, Global Operations, has been appointed as President of Calfrac's Canadian Division to replace Rob Montgomery, who recently resigned from such position. Mr. Payne was previously the President of Calfrac's Canadian Division from April 2009 until February 2012. In addition, Calfrac is pleased to announce that Tom Medvedic, formerly Calfrac's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, has been appointed as Vice President, Operations of Calfrac's Canadian Division.

Fernando Aguilar, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Bruce brings extensive experience and knowledge to this role which he previously held from 2009 to 2012. Further, we expect that Tom's experience, which spans over 20 years in the oilfield services sector and 10 years at Calfrac in a variety of senior management positions, will serve us well in this new role as our Canadian Division prepares for our next stage of growth and development. Tom remains a key member of Calfrac's executive management team."
