Canadian Superior - Endeavour well

The independent committee of Canadian Superior Energy has appointed Carscallen Leitch LLP as its new independent counsel, effective as at Friday, April 3, 2009.

All communications to the Independent Committee should be made to Carscallen Leitch LLP, as the Independent Committee's independent legal counsel, or Jennings Capital Inc., as the Independent Committee's independent financial advisors.
