John Pears - Centek Group

John Pears has joined Centek Group as Sales Manager. John’s responsibility will be to increase sales in the Eastern hemisphere and Latin America and everywhere outside North America, Canada and Mexico.

“My first task is to meet our customers and to expand the sales team, by recruiting experienced sales people and to launch our new product line worldwide,” said John Pears. “I see my core job as guiding and developing the sales team.”

John brings 20 years of oilfield experience around the world and spent many years running successful sales teams at drilling service companies Paradigm and Diamant Drilling Services.

“Centek is continuing to expand and we have now reached the stage when we need to broaden the sales department at a senior level,” said Tony Cutmore, managing director Centek Group. “With John Pears and his extensive experience of growing sales in the drilling market we believe we have the right person.”
