Nicholas Dale

Claxton Engineering Services Ltd., an Acteon company, has appointed Nicholas Dale as business development manager for Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, where Claxton is establishing its latest operational facility, he will focus on increasing the company’s penetration into the area’s market. Dale is charged with tooling up, hiring staff and long-term business development planning.

Previously, Dale was general manager of Claxton Dubai, a role that involved turning a regional sales office into a fully operational, stand-alone Claxton base with a local workforce, equipment and established clients.

Dale also spent four years at 2H Offshore, another Acteon operating company, working on deepwater riser analysis; design and realisation; and two years at Acteon Group Ltd. as a business analyst. There, his role included work on technology development; business efficiency development; mergers and acquisitions; and group company integration.
