CNL plans to deepen their existing partnership with PPM 2000 Inc., the developer of Incident Management software for corporate security departments.

The expanded partnership will increase the interaction between CNL’s award winning IPSecurityCenter™ (IPSC) and PPM 2000’s Perspective Incident Management software.

In addition to the current link between IPSC and Perspective, IPSC users will now be able to interact with Perspective’s Computer-Aided Dispatching and Officer Management module, DispatchLog. By combining IPSC’s Process Guidance rules engine with DispatchLog’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), users of the integrated solution will now be able to monitor and respond to events, complete with the timely dispatching of the appropriate officers and agencies.

By implementing a solution that includes IPSC, Perspective and DispatchLog, corporate security departments will be able to manage an event in its entirety… from pre-event planning, to event response, to post-event documentation.

Brian McIlravey, Co-CEO of PPM, remarked, “Expanding the integration to include DispatchLog makes the IPSC/Perspective combination one of the most robust, operational Situation Management products on the market. The matching technologies ensure a seamless, end-to-end Incident Management solution.”

Matt Kushner, President of CNL Software Americas, adds, “The partnership and integration with PPM 2000 will enhance the functionality of existing Perspective deployments by utilizing CNL’s powerful response plan engine. Our shared commitment to giving customers the tools needed to solve complex business and security challenges was the catalyst to expanding our partnership with PPM 2000. We’re excited to continue delivering new, innovative solutions and partnerships to the market.”
