Activa Resources AG now listed on Germany`s new Entry Standard market-Spotlight

Activa Resources AG is as of today listed on the Entry Standard, Germany’s new market segment for small and medium-sized companies. The move underlines Activa’s ambitions to conform with stricter capital market requirements.

The company remains committed to high standards of corporate transparency through its active communication policy. By joining the Entry Standard market Activa aims to increase its market profile, in particular among institutional investors. Activa’s move to the new market segment is sponsored by Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Munich.

Activa Resources AG is an independent oil and gas company which focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in the United States of America. Through its wholly-owned American subsidiary Activa Resources Ltd., the company owns a portfolio of drilling rights to oil and natural gas projects.
