Norse Energy Corp.- ANP approval of assignment of interests

Norse Energy Corp announced the approval from ANP - Agencia Nacional de Petroleo (the Brazilian petroleum directorate) - for the transfer of the interest (18.33%) from Petroserv to Norse Energy do Brasil on the blocks BMcal 5 and BMcal 6.

ANP also approved the transfer of the Queiroz Galvão interest to Norse Energy do Brazil on the fields Estella do Mar ( 30%) and Catalo Marino (15%).

After such approvals the concession contracts will be amended to reflect the present concessionaries rights.
