OPRA Technologies ASA - awarded euro 6,7 million in new contracts-Spotlight

OPRA has been awarded a new offshore contract for the delivery of 3 turbine generator sets. The units will be delivered at the end of first quarter 2008. The gas turbines will be installed on a floating production facility (FPSO) that will operate in the UK sector of the North Sea.

In addition, OPRA has received a new order from its distributor in Russia, BPC Power Systems, for the delivery of 2 turbine generator sets to be installed on an onshore remote oil field in Russia during fourth quarter 2007.

The total value of the contracts amounts to EUR 6,7 million.

The order backlog following this contract consists of 15 power generator sets with a total gross value of EUR 17,7 million.
