Superior Oil and Gas announces first producing well-Spotlight

Superior Oil and Gas Co. announces its first producing oil and gas well, the Lonesome River #1 located in Blaine County, Oklahoma.

The well is producing from the Viola zone at 8,800 feet, and the initial production test shows it capable of 48 barrels sweet oil and 397,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day.

After cleaning up the Viola, Superior will then complete the Hunton and Mississippi zones at 7,810 feet and 8,420 feet respectively.

In addition, Superior should complete (weather permitting) its Windy Vista #1 well in Garfield County, Oklahoma by the end of this week says Dan Lloyd, President of Superior.
