ConocoPhillips to use the Mærsk Innovator on Ekofisk 2/4-E Tor

Mærsk Innovator-3

ConocoPhillips Skandinavia has received consent to use the jack-up drilling facility Mærsk Innovator for well work on Ekofisk 2/4-E Tor.

The consent relates to plugging and abandoning four wells, and also re-completing a well.

According to the application, the work is expected to start in August 2010, with an expected duration of 185 days (P50).

Water depth at Ekofisk 2/4-E Tor is 67 meters
