Consafe Offshore Completes the Acquisition of Atlantic Esbjerg-Main

Consafe Offshore AB has completed, the acquisition of the accommodation and construction jack-up Atlantic Esbjerg. Atlantic Esbjerg was acquired for USD 74 million from Atlantic Esbjerg Limited.

Atlantic Esbjerg is currently committed to Mærsk Olie og Gas AS in the North Sea (Danish sector) for a three year contract.
In relation to the change of ownership Atlantic Esbjerg will be renamed to Safe Esbjerg.
