Cordy sells manufacturing and supply business

Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. has completed the sale of all of the shares of its wholly owned subsidiary Cordy Manufacturing Inc. to an arm's length purchaser.

As a result, Cordy has exited the manufacturing and supply business and now carries on business in two segments, environmental services and heavy construction.
