Drydocks World at the 50th Nor-Shipping Exhibition

Drydocks World showcased the global services, projects and state-of-the-art infrastructure of Drydocks World to an international audience at the 50th Nor-Shipping Exhibition in Oslo, Norway from June 2nd-5th 2015. Drydocks World highlighted the UAE’s strategic maritime position, disseminating information on the company’s capabilities and exploring future prospects in the Scandinavian market.

Nor-Shipping is one of Europe’s foremost maritime exhibitions, attracting participation from the region and worldwide. Drydocks World regularly participates, with the company servicing numerous Scandinavian clients such as Frontline, AP Moller- Maersk, Teekay Marine Services, Fred Olsen Marine Services, Golar Wilhelmsen Management, V-Ships Norway AS, Westfal-Larson Management, Hoegh Fleet Services, Western Geco AS, OSM Ship Management to name a few. This year Drydocks World has experienced positive relations with the region and Norway in particular, having repaired 8 vessels from many repeat Norwegian customers, and securing the contract from Kvaerner to carry out the fabrication of components on the Johan Sverdrup Riser Platform Jacket for end-user Statoil.
