Eagle Ford Oil & Gas Corp provides a drilling update for the two wells in the Eagle Ford Shale formation located in Live Oak County in South Texas. The Kellam#2H has been successfully completed and is currently producing. The Dena Forehand #2H is now scheduled for fracturing in December 2010. Eagle Ford Oil & Gas owns 1% working interest in these two wells, and will continue to participate in the drilling of additional wells in this lease; anticipating that a total of 14 wells will be drilled over the next 48 months.

Eagle Ford Oil & Gas President Rick Adams commented "The completion of the Kellam #2H well is a major step as the company begins to move probable reserves into production and cash flow.
