Enbridge Income Fund announces resignation of Dr. Elizabeth from Board of Directors

Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. announced the resignation of Dr. Elizabeth Cannon from its Board of Directors.

"Dr. Cannon has been a valued member of the board of Enbridge Commercial Trust since the inception of Enbridge Income Fund in 2003, and of Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. when it became a public issuer in 2010," said Harry Roberts, Chair of the Board.

"She has made a significant contribution to the Fund, and we are thankful for her services."
