Ezra Holdings Limited

Ezra Holdings Limited, and together with its subsidiaries and associated companies, the “Group” continues to boost its orderbook of subsea contracts with three Letters of Awards / Letters of Intent (LOAs) with an aggregate value of approximately US$85 million being secured by the Group.

These awards will see EMAS AMC, the Group’s subsea construction division, executing projects across the Asia-Pacific region. All these projects are expected to commence within the next six months. The scope of work under these LOAs include the provision of subsea umbilical, riser and flowline (SURF) installations, platform installations, offshore support and accommodation services for various offshore field development projects in waters off Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Russia and Western Australia for oil majors, national as well as independent oil and gas companies.

Mr Lionel Lee , Ezra’s Managing Director, said: “The total subsea orderbook for Ezra Group has now swelled to more than US$300 million. This is set to expand further as the subsea construction sector grows in response to depleting shallow fields and increased energy demands from nations such as China and India. These latest wins further demonstrate our ability to pull in top clients from the O&G sector who have challenging projects that require exacting precision and timely execution, for which we have established a track record for.”
