On Monday, May 12, GE will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new GE Oil & Gas Technology Center in Oklahoma City. Representing GE’s first research facility dedicated exclusively to the oil and gas industry, the GE Oil & Gas Technology Center will harness innovations from across GE’s global research network and from industry partners around the world to deliver solutions for customers in a variety of areas.

Underscoring the role of the technology center as a focal point for direct customer engagement and collaboration, GE also will announce new technology partnerships with key oil and gas companies at the event.
