Icon Energy abolishes Legal Counsel & Company Secretary position

Icon Energy Limited

Icon Energy Limited says that following an internal restructure designed to reduce ongoing corporate administration costs three positions within the Company, including the position of Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, have been abolished. As a result Mr Ross Mallett, the current Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, will be leaving the Company effective today.

'The Board of Icon Energy wishes to thank Mr Mallett for his contributions to the Company over the last three years. The Board wishes him all the very best with his future endeavours', the Company's Chairman, Mr Stephen Barry, said.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Icon Energy announces the appointment of Dr Kevin Jih, the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Icon Energy, to the position of Company Secretary effective immediately. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Dr Jih is also the person responsible for communication with the ASX on behalf of the Company.
