Indus Gas Limited confirms that Non-executive Director John Behar will cease to be a Director of the Company on the 30th June 2014.

In addition, Non-executive Director Marc Holtzman will have completed two three-year terms on the Board, is currently residing in Asia and has increasing commitments in other roles.

He reluctantly feels it is time to step down from the Board of Indus and has informed the Company that he will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting later this year.
