Jubilant says that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company , the resolution for the appointment of Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma as a Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company was put to the meeting and was duly passed.

Consequently, Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma has been appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
