Kazakhstan International Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference (KIOGE),

The 22nd Kazakhstan International Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference (KIOGE), the country’s longest running and best attended trade show, will take place in two weeks on 30 September – 3 October 2014 in Almaty.

Officially supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and KazMunayGas, KIOGE will bring together local and international oil and gas operators, government organisations, service providers, think-tanks, financial institutions, plus many others, to network and do business.

Confirmed speakers at the conference include: Danial Akhmetov, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Eurasian Economic Commission Uzakbay Karabalin, First Vice Minister of Energy, Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Xu Zhiqiang, Chief Geologist, CNPC Kazakhstan Andrew Large, Chairman of the Board, Kazakhstan Petroleum Association Simon Pirani, Senior Researcher, Oxford Institute for Energy Studies Christof van Agt, Senior Energy Analyst, IEF International Energy Forum Dom LaVigne, Director of Government and Public Affairs, Asia Pacific/Middle East, Methanol Institute
