KazMunaiGas announces resignation of director

The Board of Directors of the JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production has received a notice from Mr. Kurtwood Hillman about the early termination of powers as the member of the Board of Directors, on his own initiative on October 20, 2015. His powers as the member of the Board of Directors have been terminated on the same day.

Christopher Hopkinson, Chairman of the KMG EP Board of Directors thanked Kurtwood Hillman for his contribution to the Company and wished him success in the future.
