LGO announces that a public Case Management Conference (CMC) was held on 17 May in the Company's action against Mediterranean Oil and Gas Plc (MOG) in the High Court of England and Wales in regard to the Company's 31 July 2012 sale of its 10% interest in Malta Area 4 PSC to MOG.

At the CMC

• the court refused MOG's application for the Company to provide security for costs; • the court approved the timetable to trial, including that disclosure of relevant documents by each party must take place by 19 July 2013; • the court ordered that MOG pay to the Company its costs of MOG's failed application.

David Lenigas, the Company's Chairman commented: "The Company's strong view remains that it was misled by MOG at the time LGO sold its 10% interest on 31 July 2012. We are pleased that our claim will now proceed to trial."
