Longreach files pre-admission announcement for admission on AIM

Longreach Oil & Gas has today filed a pre-admission announcement regarding the Company's intention to join AIM, a market operated by London Stock Exchange plc (AIM).

AIM is the London Stock Exchange's international market for smaller growing companies. London is a global financial centre, and many institutional investors based in Europe invest in AIM listed companies.

Longreach appointed Arden Partners plc as nominated advisor and joint broker and has also appointed GMP Securities Europe Limited as joint broker in connection with the admission process.

It is anticipated that Longreach will be admitted to AIM on or around 11 November 2013.
