LUX Assure appoints new CEO and increases North East presence

Charles Cruickshank; CEO; LUX Assure

LUX Assure has appointed Charles Cruickshank as its new CEO. The Edinburgh-based oil and gas chemical monitoring firm has also invested in new premises in Aberdeen’s Bridge of Don area, a strategic move to target growing opportunities in the Aberdeen market.

Mr Cruickshank boasts 27 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having previously held the position of business development director at one of the world's leading oilfield service companies, Petrofac Engineering Consultancy Services, where he drove all internationally focused business development.

Prior to this he was commercial director for subsea specialist company Flexlife where he handled all commercial activities and the internationalisation of the business.

In his new role, Mr Cruickshank will divide his time between LUX Assure’s new Aberdeen base and its Edinburgh headquarters, providing support and experience to the existing management team.
