Merger between Aker Clean Carbon and Aker Engineering & Technology AS

Aker Clean Carbons

Aker Clean Carbon AS has since March 2012 been wholly owned by Aker Solutions AS and located at Aker Solutions headquarter at Fornebu, Oslo, Norway.

In June 2013 Aker Clean Carbon AS will be merged into another Aker Solutions subsidiary, Aker Engineering & Technology AS .

The ACC technology and human capital will thus be transferred and branded under the common name Aker Solutions.
