Thomas Thune Andersen will be elected new Chairman of the Board of Directors of DONG Energy A/S.

Thomas Thune Andersen has many years of experience from the energy sector and has seats on the boards of a number of international companies dealing in energy, logistics and distribution.

He is i.a. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lloyd's Register Group, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of VKR Holding A/S and member of the Board of Directors of Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE), which is a leading energy company producing and distributing electricity and natural gas to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
