Nitro reported that the company is in negotiations to close on a new prospect in Oklahoma. This project consists of two wells - the Yvonne #1 and Odom #1 located in Section 21, T4N-R2W, Garvin County, Oklahoma.

Each well has three zones behind pipe, the Fernvale Zone at a depth of 6537 feet, the Unconformity zone at a depth of 6253 feet and the Deese Sand at a depth of 6058 feet. Each well holds 40 acre tracts with the possibility to drill two more wells on this acreage.
