Nordic Energy appoints non-executive directors

Nordic announces significant land acquisitions in Alberta-Spotlight

Nordic Energy has appointed Ian Donald and Kenneth Paul Seymour as non-executive directors to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company is further pleased to announce the appointment of St Brides Media & Finance Ltd to assist Nordic with its financial PR strategy. The Company has agreed to issue new ordinary shares in consideration of this service and has today, accordingly, issued 480,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 1.25p per share.

Mr. Ian Donald – Non-Executive Director

Mr. Donald has 30 years’ experience in the subsea & field development aspects of the offshore energy sector. He has fulfilled board, executive, technical and project management roles within the operator, major service company and SME environments with demonstrable success.
