Northern Explorations has appointed Mr. Mason Lennox as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Lennox is a senior land man with over 25 years of diversified experience in negotiations, contracts, acquisition and divestitures within the petroleum resource industry. He is the principal of the Ozada Group which provides Petroleum Land Management consulting to clients in the petroleum resource industry.

The service portfolio of the Ozada Group encompasses negotiation, strategic development, property rationalization, government liaison, permitting, due diligence and marketing of leases, pipelines, facilities and field production. They also offer a proprietary Land Information System specifically developed for the small producer.

His recent clients include Encana Energy Corp. from 1998-2000 and 2004-2007, as well as Kaiser Francis Oil, and Talisman Energy Corporation. Mr. Lennox received a B.A. Economics, University of Manitoba in 1974 and an M.B.A in 1975. Mr. Lennox is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL).

Mr. Ralph Claussner, President and C.E.O. of Norex Energy, states that, "The addition of Mr. Lennox to our Board is a key component for our Company as we build a strong team of seasoned professionals in the petroleum sector."
