Northern Frontier Corp. says that Darrell Peterson has resigned as a director of the Corporation effective immediately. Furthermore, the board of directors (the "Board") has appointed Murray Schur as a director of the Corporation. On behalf of the Board, Chris Yellowega, President and Chief Executive Officer thanks Mr. Peterson for his contributions and welcomes Mr. Schur to the Board. "Murray brings a wealth of industry related experience, most recently as the General Manager with Calnash Trucking, to our Board that we plan to capitalize on" said Mr. Yellowega.

The Corporation provides sustaining capital services to large industrial energy customers in the steam assisted gravity drainage region of northeastern Alberta. Specifically, the Corporation provides civil services related to the construction and maintenance of roads, production pads, piping corridors, facility earthworks and infrastructure. The common shares of the Corporation are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "FFF".
